“Uganda will join the rest of the world to mark this year’s World Consumer Rights Day (WCRD), under the theme “Fix Our Phone Rights”.

As part of the activities to celebrate WCRD 2014, UCC will hold the first Consumer Parliament, which will take place on Thursday, March 13, 2014, at Imperial Royale Hotel, starting at 9:00am.”

“The poor service delivery especially to telecom companies leaves us wondering if we are moving ahead or backwards….”

“Members please let us prepare our questions and ask those providers what has been burning into our hearts……..”

“Let the providers carry their gadgets or machines to ping numbers of any scenario [of failure] that happened…”

“This is not surprising, actually i commend Orange for having held on that long. The quality they try to deliver versus the clientele they possess is totally not feasible."
