Visit https://www.ura.go.ug in the footer area look for Download Forms - then click on Download Manual Forms. From the resulting page, click on Domestic Taxes -> Registration Forms. Click on the link DT-1016 - De-activation and Re-activation Form to download a pdf version of the form, print out and fill in accordingly and deliver to the nearest URA office.   1. Mobile Phone Scam Initiated by CERT

In this scam you are told that you have won in a promotion, asked to buy airtime and read the numbers to some person, and then asked to send mobile money to process your reward.


You can report the offending phone numbers to the Ugandan Computer Emergency Response Team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or if you would like to file a case then you can call us on our toll Free line 0800 133 911 and we shall assist you.
