Joshua Okello and Aaron Tushabe, together with Josiah Kavuma, Joseph Kaizzi and Dr. Davis Musingizi developed a mobile smartphone-based electronic foetal heart rate monitor called WinSenga. It is a handheld device that can scan a pregnant woman’s womb and report foetal weight, position, breathing patterns, age, and heart rate.

Profile of Joshua Okello

He is a graduate of Makerere University. He was previously  employed by Microsoft, Orange Uganda and The Notice Newspaper. He is currently  employed by Cipher256 Co, Ltd, The Diet Assistant (U) Ltd and Microsoft East & Southern Africa

Profile of Aaron Tushabe

He went to King's College, Budo and later Makerere University. He was previously employed as a Chief Technology Officer at Thinvoid Limited and as a Systems Administrator at Technology For Tomorrow. At present he works as a Business Analyst at a Global company called ThoughtWorks and as a Technology Strategist at a Start-up called Cipher256. (The one responsible forWinSenga)
