The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has accredited Ostosho Media Ltd and Addmaya Motion Pictures Ltd to develop and maintain Price Comparison Websites (PCWs)
This is for retail communication services for a period of one year.

The websites: www.price-check.co.ug and www.kompare.ug will be loaded with all the needed information.
To enable consumers compare prices of different service providers.

What is an IP address? What sort of personal information is shared with an IP address? What is the worst case scenario?

I was only disappointed by the article's lack of mention of media access control or MAC addresses as important unique identifiers of devices on a network [Response :  This is not 100% true i change my MAC on my ubuntu machine all the time with MAC address cloning.  Response2: note that MAC address can be spoofed/changed]

You may be in position to obtain a MAC address from an IP Address if it on the same subnet as your computer. This is only limited to LAN traffic.

Some concepts of AI have been explored frequently in Science-Fiction movies, however, the AI of today bears little likeness to this sort of intelligence. What are your views?
